  • Nabertherm (RS 80/750/13).
  • Operating Temp: up to 1300 °C.
  • Casing made of stainless steel.
  • Wear-free type S thermocouple.
  • Horizontal design.
  • Hinged design for simple insertion of the working tube.
  • Working tube made of ceramic C 530.
  • Digital temperature measurement in the working tube and in the oven chamber.
  • Gas supply package for protective gas and vacuum operations.

Principles

The tube furnace consists of a cylindrical cavity surrounded by heating coils embedded in a thermally insulating matrix. The digital temperature controllers with an RS232 interface, receives feedback from thermocouples and permit the operator to program segments for uses like ramping, soaking, sintering, and more. The turbo molecular pump can provide vacuum in the tube. And also the gas regulators can provide gas to the tube in a controlled manner.

Capabilities

  • Fast heating time due to low heat storage and heat conductivity.
  • Maximum temperature 1300^0^C.
  • Nine multi-stage heating programs.
  • Accurate temperature control with working tube and oven chamber temperature displays.
  • Precisely controlled gas supply system
  • Maximum vacuum level of 10^-6^ mbar.

Applications

  • Heat treatment of metallic alloys.
  • Ashing.
  • Calcination.
  • Curing.
  • Fusion.
  • Loss on drying/Ignition.
